I've been working as a dietitian since 2011, and I love caring for
parents because I understand firsthand how when parents are
thriving, the whole family benefits. I also know how critical it is to
know what works, not be swept into the latest trend. When my son
went through his picky eating phase, I wanted a proven way to help
him and the whole family enjoy nutritious, delicious foods together.
My mission is to support parents in achieving optimal wellness
without restrictive diets, so everyone can enjoy a wide variety of
tasty, nourishing foods.

We use a whole family approach. We walk through how you can
enjoy the same meal as a family and still reach your goals. This saves
time and energy in meal prep and allows for long term sustainability.
We prioritize the need for food to be enjoyed. If you don’t enjoy what
you are doing it will be too hard to maintain and then what’s the
point?
We give clarity on why diets don’t work and how to foster a positive
relationship with food. This includes honoring hunger and fullness
cues, reducing binge/restrict eating cycles and tools such as non-
food coping strategies list.

This program delivers bite sized education with a specific goal to apply what you have learned. A recipe as well as tips on how to discuss nutrition as a family is also included.

This package is for parents who have struggled with their child’s picky eating for a short time or years and are motivated for change.
In the first session, you will learn the root causes of picky eating, a model of feeding that restores peace and eliminates pressure, methods in introducing new foods, what to expect and how to respond as well as specific goals to get started.
In session two and three, we will look at what went well and struggles to determine the most important next steps.
Session four is designed to give you all the tools you need to choose foods best for your family, foster healthy relationships with food and establish an easy and incredibly rewarding approach to your family’s health.
