I've been working as a dietitian since 2011, and I love caring for parents because I understand firsthand how when parents are thriving, the whole family benefits.
I also know how critical it is to know what works, not be swept into the latest trend. When my son went through his picky eating phase, I wanted a proven way to help him and the whole family enjoy nutritious, delicious foods together.
My mission is to support parents in achieving optimal wellness without restrictive diets, so everyone can enjoy a wide variety of tasty, nourishing foods.

I use a whole family approach. I walk through how you can

time and energy in meal prep and allows for long term sustainability.
I prioritize the need for food to be enjoyed. If you don’t enjoy what
you are doing it will be too hard to maintain and then what’s the
point?
I give clarity on why diets don’t work and how to foster a positive
relationship with food. This includes honoring hunger and fullness
cues, reducing binge/restrict eating cycles and tools such as non-
food coping strategies list.
